The Retrouvaille program starts with a weekend that will help couples to re-establish communication and gain insight into their lives as individuals and as a couple.

Presentations are given by a team of three married couples who have been helped by Retrouvaille to rebuild their own marriages. A priest or clergy person will also participate.

Team couples have known disillusionment, conflict, pain, and anger in their marriages and offer hope from their experiences. You will discover you are not alone in your struggle or in your desire to save your marriage.

The weekend is not a spiritual retreat. It is not counseling.Bishop O'Connor Center You will not be asked to share personal problems with others. Retrouvaille teaches communication tools and offers couples opportunities to examine their own relationships in a private setting.

Retrouvaille is a Christian program with Catholic origins. Madison Area Retrouvaille is ecumenical and Christian in orientation. Couples of all religious backgrounds and practices are welcome.
